Should I continue to torture my sales people to do cold calls?

Is there a minimum commitment?
A four weeks minimum trial period is all we ask, we do not ask you to start with a long term commitment. You can renew on a weekly basis and add agents if you wish. And if ever your campaign is on a limited geographic area, we will allow for hiatus or break, after the initial 4 weeks renewals.
How many phone calls does a representative make in a day?
A single representative can make 200 or even more calls per day depending on the contacts and list quality. Appointment numbers depends on the type of campaign, on an average it ranges from 1 - 8 or higher. On a three or more agent campaigns, the dialer will have an average of up to 300+ calls per day. We do not use the technology that puts the client in a hold status; we don’t want our client to hear dead air until an agent is available. So, without a miss, our agents answer the call as soon as someone is on the other line.
Do I get to choose on a representative working on my account?
Yes, we will assign an account manager to arrange our agents for a phone interview or mock calls with you, so you can choose an agent who can best represent your business.
Do I get to listen to the agent doing campaigns for my business?
We will let you do a live monitoring to your agent. We do NOT schedule monitoring calls; we intend not to let the agents know as it is advantageous to all involved. In addition, we record all appointment or sales calls where permitted by law to uphold the integrity and maintain good business relationship with our clients. Recordings are also done for the safety of our respondents, whether residential or business.
What reports do I get?
We always go an extra mile by providing you with tailor made and detailed reports. We have developed a client portal where you can access sales reports, appointments and all the recordings. This is accessible to our clients 24/7, which means you can track your agent’s performance and campaign progress in a real time. Our account manager also sends you daily reports to your email address for easy reference.
